Strategic Plan 2009-2013

As a school, we must behave strategically and have a moral imperative to implement a plan that will ensure our sustainability going forward. As such, in 2009, the school launched Our Sustainable Future:  A Strategic Plan for 2009-2013. 

Endorsed unanimously by the Board, we believe that the seven identified pillars of our strategic plan—Professional Staff, Learning, Student Opportunities, Diversity, Communication, Bilingualism, and Environment—represent the key areas that will ensure our longevity as a leading independent coeducational school.

We have identified our vision for the future and important strategic initiatives for each of the key pillars within the plan. We have established a roll-out strategy based on priorities that reflects fiscal prudence and that will be evaluated on an annual basis.

This plan, intended for all members of the community—students, parents, alumni, faculty and staff—will continue that tradition and ensure the future of the School for many generations of LCC students to come.
