Technology in the Classroom

Technology is everywhere in our world and students are interested and engaged in using technology both in and outside of school. This creates many amazing opportunities to integrate technology in the classroom and to make teaching and learning more effective. At LCC, we use best practices to promote good digital citizenship and healthy use of technology. 

To support innovative practice, our technology coach facilitates the implementation and integration of technology in all school divisions. The technology coach provides ongoing professional development for teachers, staff, and the administration, facilitates discussion on the latest research, and assists them in using technology for assessing student learning, differentiating instruction, and providing rigorous, relevant and engaging learning experiences for all students.
