Alumni Giving

#BelieveInLCC

When Dr. Fosbery transferred the ownership of the school to its alumni following his retirement in 1935, he knew in his heart that LCC should belong to students and alumni whose belief in the school transcends generations and geography.

His conviction that LCC would grow and thrive under their care holds true to this day.

Now more than ever, we depend on the generosity of alumni to adapt to the evolving needs of our community and give deserving students an opportunity to benefit from the LCC experience.

The 2023-2024 Fosbery Annual Fund is underway, and we hope that alumni will participate with a gift of ANY amount, in support of an area that is most meaningful. US residents can make a tax-deductible gift to the Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education (FRISBE) and the funds will be forwarded to us.

  • General Bursary Fund or a named fund within the LCC Foundation to ensure that students have an opportunity to benefit from the LCC experience
  • Non Nobis Solum Fund to enhance academic, arts, athletics and co-curricular programs

Dr. C.S. Fosbery, LCC’s founder, was the first person to make a planned gift, leaving his interest in the school to alumni. Supporting the Fosbery Campaign honours the trust he placed in them and the decision that fortified the bond between alumni and the school.
