Strongly rooted in the past, LCC is ever conscious of both the promise and the challenges of the future. We realize that excellence today is not enough: it is morally imperative that we have a strategy and a vision for tomorrow. To this end, in 2009, we launched a five-year strategic plan: Our Sustainable Future.

Endorsed unanimously by the Board, the plan rests on seven pillars, each representing an area that is crucial to our remaining a leading independent coeducational school.

For each of these areas, we have identified clear goals for the future, and strategic initiatives to accomplish them based on priorities that reflect fiscal prudence.

Intended to guide all members of the community—students, parents, alumni, faculty and staff—this plan will ensure sustained excellence for the school and the many generations of LCC students to come.
