We view the admission process as a collaborative venture in which we work closely with you to determine the educational choice that is best for your child. We gather as much information about the candidate as we can to ensure mutual understanding and informed decisions.
Although the process varies somewhat depending on the applicant’s grade, the following summarizes our general admissions requirements:
- completed application form (K-12)
- completed student profile form (K-12)
- completed parent questionnaire (K-11)
- confidential report form completed by the child’s teacher (where schools comply)
- copy of recent report cards (current year and previous year)
- a copy of the child’s eligibility certificate (mandatory for grades 7-11)
- an original birth certificate (brought to the Admission Office meeting for certification) or provide 3 certified copies of the birth certificate (K-12)
- visit to the school for tour and information session (K-12)
- admission/readiness test (K-11)
