Community Skate Dates

Mark your calendars – we're welcoming everyone to the Miller Rink for our Community Skating events!

Join us Sundays from 3:30–5 pm for a fun, family-friendly skate open to the public. And we’re excited to offer two additional Wednesday sessions on December 24 and 31 from 11:30 am–2 pm.

Skating will be available on the following dates: 

January: 4, 11, 18 & 25
February: 8, 15 & 22
March: 1 & 8 

Please review the following information prior to your skate session: 

• Access is weather permitting and dependent on the condition of the ice.
• Access to the rink will be via the Glenn J. Chamandy Arena (4025 Royal Avenue).
• Heated trailers are available for changing into and out of skates.
• Helmets are strongly encouraged.
• No skates or helmets available for loan or rental. 
• Free skating only. No sticks, pucks or balls permitted.
• LCC will have an attendant on duty inside, but full-time supervision will not be available.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Skaters must adhere to the public skating rules as outlined on the onsite signage.
